All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary according to your proximity to our Richmond, Virginia storage facility. US orders allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery; International orders allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery.

Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package. Order status inquiries can be made at customerservice@realdealmerch.com. Please see the contact page for information about returns/exchanges.

Our shipping and handling fee includes the cost of shipping the package and a small handling fee. Shipping is calculated based on weight and zone. For shipping within the United States, there is a base fee of $3.50, with each pound thereafter adding $2.00 to the shipping cost. For Canada and all other countries, there is no base fee and the shipping will be calculated by weight.

To calculate your online shipping charge, please add all desired items to your online shopping cart and proceed to checkout. (You do not need to enter your credit card information to calculate your shipping cost).

Real Deal Merch cannot be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service. We will make every attempt to get your package to you in a safe and timely fashion.
