All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping times vary according to your proximity to our Richmond, Virginia storage facility. US orders allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery; International orders allow 4 to 5 weeks for delivery. Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. When your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number for your package. Order status inquiries can be made at customerservice@realdealmerch.com. Real Deal Merch cannot be held responsible for any orders lost by the postal service. We will make every attempt to get your package to you in a safe and timely fashion. Please note, there is no delivery tracking service available for International orders. International orders are responsible for all duties and taxes incurred upon delivery.
